Early bird fee – Payment and Registration form in by 31 July 2007 (now closed)
Late fee now applies.
Visa Applications
Conference place will not be confirmed until full payment and overseas visa confirmed from relevant consul
Payment
If payment is made by Bank Transfer/BACS, overseas delegate payments must be net of all charges or conference booking will not be confirmed
Accommodation
150 Single en-suite rooms are available, delegates may have to find alternative accommodation
10 Delux rooms are available, delegates may have to find alternative accommodation
Refunds
Cancellation deadline for registration and accommodation refund (less 20% administration fee) is 1 October 2007. Any cancellations received after this date will not be considered. All cancellations must be sent by letter, fax or email to the conference administrator with confirmation of receipt.
